"On a lovely little farm overlooking the magical Fulford Valley of Salt Spring Island, BC, we are carrying on a 3000 year-old fermentation tradition. We brew our kombucha with fair trade amazonian Yerba Mate Tea, an anti-oxidant powerhouse, and our deeply nourishing medicinal organic herbs. This awesome elixir boosts immunity, aids digestion and improves mood and energy.
Our kombucha is made with love and respect. We hand-craft small batches and rigorously test our brews to create the most premium and delicious 'booch we can. We have created a pure kombucha, with a flavour that doesn’t need to be covered up with additives or juices - instead it tastes like real, delightful kombucha and our tasty herbal blends. Our small list of fine ingredients creates big, bold flavours. Our kombucha is 100% raw and made with 100% organic ingredients, fairly traded wherever possible".
